Delivery Policy
Confirmed orders received during our operating hours (insert hours) are dispatched the same day; others will be dispatched the next business day and arrive typically as follows:
Lagos: Within 120 minutes, subject to rider availability and traffic conditions.
Outside Lagos (within Nigeria): Within 72 hours, subject to destination and chosen delivery method.
Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and contact person are correct to avoid delays.
If a delivery attempt fails due to inaccurate details or unavailability and needs to be rescheduled, additional charges may apply.
We will always communicate clearly if we anticipate any delays and work with you on urgent or time-sensitive orders.
Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges and offer refunds if:
- 1 Your order is incorrect or incomplete.
- 2 Your order arrived damaged (cracked wrappers, broken accessories, visibly compromised packaging).
- 3 There is a clear quality concern with the product upon opening (e.g., mould, severe construction defects).
- 4 We are unable to fulfil your order or deliver within a reasonable time, and if an alternative arrangement does not work for you.
We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds for:
- 1 Cigars that have been smoked, cut, or stored outside their original packaging.
- 2 Opened tobacco products where storage conditions cannot be verified.
- 3 Discounted or final sale items (this will be clearly indicated at purchase).
- 4 Products that have been used or altered.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues with your order, please notify us within 24 hours and include photos to help us respond promptly and appropriately. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on issues reported outside this timeline.
Depending on the issue, we may offer:
- 1 Replacement of the affected item(s)
- 2 Store credit to be used on a future purchase
- 3 Partial or full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 working days.
